my games keep crashing, please help

hey, so when i play games like league of legends or cs:go (when i'm actually in the game playing not in the menus) my game freezes straight away then flickers from a black screen to the frozen game about 4 to 7 times and then takes me back to my desktop and then i have to close the game manually. I should precise that I have a custom built windows 10 PC with Intel core i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20 GHz 3.20 GHz, 8.00 GB of ram, 64 bit operating system, x64-based processor. thanks in advance

What is the graphics card and power supply? Could be power related or graphics drivers. Are you overclocking?

my graphics card is an Intel(R) HD graphics 4600, I dont know how to find the power supply and no i'm not overclocking.

Can the integrated graphics even run the game? I'm.not familiar with it! Sorry
