My games keeps minimizing

I cant play any game for more than 30 minutes without it minimizing itself.

I am running
Windows 7 64
Amd Radeon HD 7700 series
8 gb RAM

Any information will be apreciated

This might be silly? but do you press alt tab by mistake? or have some antivirus/firewall popups

Popups are not it, and I can assure you alt+Tab is not the issue either.

i have already read through most of it and have had no luck

What i'd do is check for any background apps that might interfere with gaming, also check task scheduler if there's anything that might be starting up.
Does this also happen if say you watch a movie fullscreen?

I have never watched a movie on my computer so I do not know. I will check the task scheduler but I'm almost positive my computer is only set for a weekly defrag at 3 in the morning on wednesday.
