My games slowing down for like a 0.5 second

My games are slowing down for 0.5 second with high fps Temperature and usage of CPU and GPU is good Is this because of my HDD read/write check my photo

I always have different test result is this normal ???
WD 1 TB 7200 RPM
Is this because my electricity shut down (with it my PC turned off) for like more than 20 times ?
I DON'T HAVE you know the thing that save's your pc It's like not turning off because you have that saving power electricity ah I don't know how it's called in English sorry

Try to clean your hard disk. (formate completely) and reinstall all you want.

And sometime it happens due to low ram.

I suggest to use a 600va ups. At 30$ like zebroincs or foxin. To provide some time to atleast shut down your pc

But I reinstalled my Windows 10 and I formatted it when I was installing the Windows 10 I'll try to defragment it but I don't have that many games now Btw I have 2x4 HyperX RAM and I don't think that It's a low RAM and also 0 errors in Memtest86+

It is also possible that some game files go corrupted. So get new copy

So try any new hard drive like seagate barracuda compute 7.2k rpm with 64mb cache 1tb

Faster than wd blue
