My games were running fine yesterday but today, my fps decreased by about 100 in most games

So I'm not really sure what happened to my computer. But I remember how I was launching the computer, there was the huge blue error page with that 🙁 sign. I then just waited a bit and I chose the option to launch windows 10. I went on, logged into Fortnite, and then saw that when i played, I lost about 60 frames. (I usually get 100). I restarted my computer, there was no more error page when I restarted the computer, and then when I logged back onto Fortnite, the fps was just worse. I already restarted my computer 3 times and now, I am getting 4-15 fps. I occasionally get 60 but it changes so fast. Help!

Mobo: Gigbyte ab 350 gaming 3
CPU: Ryzen 5 1500x
GPU: gtx 1050ti asus strix

Also, I went into command prompt. I did sfc /scannow. After that, it said "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not supported in offline servicing scenarios.
