My Gaming Build (Does it look okay?)

I'm about to buy a new gaming PC. This is my setup:

Intel Core i5-4670K Haswell - Box
Graphic card
KFA2 GeForce GTX 770 - 2GB GDDR5
PSU
NZXT HALE90 850Watt
Motherboard
ASUS MAXIMUS VI HERO - Haswell
HDD
Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 - 1TB
CPU Cooler
Noctua NH-D14
RAM (DO I NEED LOW PROFILE?)
Corsair 8GB DDR3 1600MHz (2x4)
SSD
Samsung 840 Basic SSD (Bulk) - 120GB
Computer CASE
NZXT Phantom 410 - miditower
DISC drive
ASUS DRW-24B5ST/BLK/B/AS

What do you think about it? Anything I should do different?

BTW: ASUS, MSI, or KFA2 GTX770?

Around 1800 $ converted from my currency. May be cheaper or more expensive in your country. I don't know

You can definitely go with a cheaper motherboard, like the ASRock Z87 Extreme6.
And yes, you do need low-profile RAM with the NH-D14.

The ASUS Maximus VI is cheaper than the ASRock Z87 Extreme6 in my country.
Should I keep the ASUS one or look for a other one?

Why? But as the Asus one is cheaper the ASRock, should I go with the Asus then or would that bottleneck it?
