So I am building a gaming rig and these are my specs, I just want to know if I could play new games on high-max settings.

Processor-Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz

Motherboard-ASUS P8Z77-V LK LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s

Graphics Card-XFX Double D FX-785A-CDFC Radeon HD 7850 2GB

Power Supply-CORSAIR Builder Series CX500 500W ATX12V v2.3 80

Buy a cooler master Evo. You need it if you want to overclock your 3570k. The stock cooler is not ok for overclocked systems.

Yes, your system will play all games at high settings but it won't max them out. well it depends on..What's your monitor's resolution?

I'm probably gonna get a new moniter with this build so it will probably be 1920*1000. I am geting the Rosewill CHALLENGER Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower, so I thought the pre-installed fans would be enough.

On a 1920x1080 the 7850 will work well.

Case fans can suck. My case came with only one fan. I bought two more and now my systemvis very cool all the time. Make sure to have a side fan. It'll make a huge difference in GPU temps, and cools your motherboard.

I didn't really plan to overclock and if I did then case comes with 3 fans.

Right now this build is about $800 and I don't want to go any higher.

If you don't plan to overclock, then why did you want a 3570k? I still recommend it. If you are sure you won't overclock then I'd recommend a i5-3470, which is great.

However, from experience, its better to build a system that can be modified in the future. If you do want to overclock then you can take the stock 3570k from 3.8GHz to 4.5GHz, but you need an aftermarket cooler not the intel cpu cooler. A 3470 can not be overclocked.
