Question My Gaming Laptop Docking Station

Hello, I bought an ASUS G703GX Gaming Laptop and I have 3x ASUS VG278Q 27" 144hz gaming monitors. The laptop allows up to 3 external display output ports. 1x HDMI 2.0, 1x Mini DisplayPort, and 1x Thunderbolt 3 port. I know what cables to buy for the monitors. However, I have couple of questions in regards to this setup.

ASUS G703GX Specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7-8750H @ 2.2 and 4.1 GHz 6-Core, 8-Threads
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 2080 8VRAM Core Clock: 1575 MHz, Memory Clock: 1750 MHz
RAM: 2x 16 GB SO-DIMM DDR4-2666, in dual-channel
Display: 17.3 inch 16:9, 1920 x 1080 pixel, IPS, 144 Hz, Full-HD, G-Sync
Storage: 1x Samsung SSD PM981 512GB, 1x Seagate ST1000LX015-1U7172, 1 TB SSHD, @ 5400 rpm.



1. While gaming in NVIDIA Surround, is it possible to increase the refresh rate on all screens?

2. Is it possible just to use Intel Integrated GPU for the left and right screens and use the NVIDIA GPU for the middle screen? Also with high refresh rate if possible for the middle display?

3. Is these specs capable of streaming and gaming at the same time? Since RTX has a new NVENC codec for it's GPU or I would be better of to use 264x?

I might have more questions in regards to this setup so I would come back to this if I do.

1. if 3 of your monitor have the same specs, i mean g-sync and 144Hz in all 3 monitors, you could get it run 1x3 144Hz, if the right and left one is 60hz you wil run the lowest specs of the 3 monitors

2. you could run the middle in 144Hz and the other two at 60Hz, you just turned off the Nvidia Surround, but i dont know about the IGP things... sorry

3. yes, your specs is good enough to stream and gaming, and you could use Nvenc codec for streams @ x264
