My gaming laptop got framedrops und sound stuttering

In the last days I noticed some fromedrops and sound stuttering while playing Life is Strange, Dead Island and sometimes in CSGO (on SSD). I haven't tried any other games but I am sure there wont be any difference.

The days before everything was fine. I checked if there was any dust inside my laptop, ran a maleware scan and reinstalled the Nvidia drivers.

Specs: (XMG A504)
GTX 860 M with latest Nvidia drivers
Intel Core i7-4710MQ
16 GB RAM
Windows 7 Professional

Pls tell me if you need any further information and I hope that someone can help me.

listen to your hard drive and if its making a racket then it might be hard drive issues

My harddrive is perfectly fine and as I said the problem occurs on games on the SSD too.

Could be, Afterburner tells me that my gpu has a temperature of 90°(not shure) while gaming. But as I said I checked for dust inside the laptop and he should get enough air from beneath.
