my laptop has a i5 7300HQ and a gtx 1050 2gb and 8 gb of ram but when i played gta earlier i got a steady 60fps with sometimes with much explosions some lagg spikes but now in the loading screens im getting 60fps and ingame first couple seconds 60fps after that around 45fps - 51fps yes have tried turning off V-Sync it didnt do anyting i have checked if im playing fullcreen or windowed or windowed borderless and im playing fullscreen already tried the other options im playing on the lowest settings so everytingon normal 1080p changing the resolution doesnt change my fps. and i have the newest Nvidia drivers.
