If this were my rig, I would get an I7 instead of the I5, but you can also overclock the I5 and still have good performance. And some of those peripherals you may not want to get right away, if you took some of those away, you would be able to get some more powerful stuff in that system. But all in all, that is a pretty nice setup you got picked there!

I'm getting the 4690k when it comes out, the 4690 is just there so I can get a good idea of price and setup and stuff. I'm not ordering the parts anytime soon.
