Question My gaming pc doesn’t stay on

So one morning I tried to use my pc but it would boot up and then just turn off after the Asus screen that says “press delete key to access bios” It’s been 2 days and I’ve made some progress. It’ll boot into desktop it will be slow and after a few minutes ranging from 5-15 minutes it will turn off again. I would really appreciate help.

I’m fairly new to pc , I have watched a lot of videos though so I know quite a bit but not like an expert. My pc specs : Rampage iv Extreme (motherboard) , Gtx 970 (gpu) , i7 3930k (cpu) , 1200w silent pro gold (Power Supply) and my cooler is the kraken x40 for the cpu.
