My Gaming PC Freezes While Gaming!!

I had this computer for over 2 years now and it hasn’t been an issue until now..

CPU - i7 6700
PSU - THERMALTAKE 600W
GPU - MSI GTX 960 2GB
RAM - 16GB DDR4

What EXACT Thermaltake PSU do you have?

stress test gpu with gpu-z rendering option and what temp it have you could also use occt to stress test psu .

Well, According to this:

That PSU is in Tier 7, the worst. Considering that and the fact that it is 2 years old, I strongly recommend that you replace it ASAP, just for safety sake! Try to pick a 5-600 watt unit from tiers 1 or 2 (certainly no lower than 3).
You would be surprised at how many problems go away once you have a decent PSU!

The PSU is the heart of your system, without it NOTHING works! It is the only component that, if it fails, can destroy ALL of your other components! Never "cheap out" on the PSU, it is false economy.

this will tell you if the psu could handle power load and if it fail look for another better one .
