My gaming pc keeps crashing during games and I don't know why. To give you an example I played Dirty Bomb on minimal settings and I couldn't get through the whole round without it crashing. When it crashes the screen just freezes, everything keeps running in the pc though; the fans keeps spinning and the case lights stay on but the screen freezes and I can't alt + tab or open task manager.
Specs:
AMD FX - 9370 8 core processor
16gbs of Ram
Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 Graphics Card
Operating System is Windows 7 Ultimate 6-bit
Fans: 2 Cooler Master SickleFlow 120 - Sleeve Bearing 120mm one at the top of the case being used as an exhaust fan and another at the front being used for intake. I also have a liquid cooling fan in the back being used as an exhaust.
I'm not really sure what to put for my motherboard but it's a Gigabyte motherboard if that helps.
Another thing I should add is that my room is usually very hot during the day, I don't know exactly how hot, but right now the A/C is broken and I would say that it's a good 80 - 90F in my room.
Please help me fix this problem
I just went to my event viewer and found this error message which i believe happened at the time of the crash
Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.
