Hellllloooo I have built a pc: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/4KMtHx and need your criticism, my budget was 1200$ but if you have a decent enough point I may go over a little. Please only helpful comments or criticism. Much thanks

Hello,
Your build is fine and will run most games on ultra on 1440p on high-ultra. The things I would swap/change are the cpu cooler, RAM and HDD. I'd take a Corsair H100i as it's a bit cheaper, a bigger HDD like 2TB+ for many games and I would take 16 GB of RAM at least 1866 Mhz and some case fans: corsair or cooler master. Now it's up to you to see where you can put fans: if it's in a place where it will have something in its way like a bottom fan or if there is the HDD cage in front, take a static pressure optimized fan. If it's clear you can put an airflow optimized one but the other type does both quite well and is more versatile should you change their placement. But as you're on a budget, you can just take it as criticism and not change anything as it's good as it is but can be better with still reasonable prices.
