Ok so I just wanted to have some input as to how my build is going to be:

Intel Core i5-2500 3.3 Quad Core
Msi GTX 970 4GD5T OC
Sentey XPP-725-pm @725w
Asus P8B75-M/CSM Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
HP Pavilion Elite Case
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
8gb RAM
WD Green 2TB Desktop Hard Drive: 3.5-inch, SATA 6 Gb/s, IntelliPower, 64MB Cache WD20EZRX

I'm looking for a gaming rig that can do 1080 60fps on ultra settings or slightly below on modern games. Will this rig do the trick?

Solution
There are some decent parts and some disasters. Loose the senty psu. Don't even consider it at all. For a gtx970 all you need is a quality 520-550w psu, Seasonic, XFX, Antec hcg /m, Rosewill Capstone, to name a few, and prices are decent.

Green drives are decent, I prefer blue, and black is best quality/warranty.

You really want to go with a z77 mobo. The i5 2500 is a terrific cpu, but will be of more use in some games like WoW and skyrim with some decent OC 4.2GHz is good.

If you do OC, for $35, the Cryorig H7 is unbeatable for a budget cpu cooler

That PC looks like a prebuilt system. I do not like that at all to play modern games on 60 FPS Ultra. That system will most likely not produce those outcomes. That is an old CPU - You should look to the newer Intel CPUs like this Intel Core i5-4670K Haswell Quad-Core 3.4GHz LGA $244
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116899. That PSU is garbage and that GPU from MSI is not good. MSI is not the greatest company to work with.
