My Gaming Setup and what I should improve?

Solution

That's a good config. But I would suggest the following build to make it even better in terms of reliability coupled with performance, gives you great value for the money you're willing to spend. Its $12 more than the current config, but totally worth it. I hope you won't mind that for better stable build :

Notes:

- Gigabyte Motherboard and MSI Graphics Card are the way to go. Why? Because they both make stable, durable and performance oriented products in these two product categories. They have the lowest RMA for their products. See the images below:

- Replaced the T4 CPU Cooler with TX3 which is slightly better.
- The GTX 970 only require a quality 500W PSU that can deliver 28Amps or more on its +12V rail. The first most important factor to consider when choosing a PSU is to see how many Amps it can deliver on its +12V, besides wattage.
- Swapped the EVGA 750W "Tier 3" with better quality Antec 620W "Tier 2" PSU that can deliver 48Amps on its +12V rail, which is more than enough to power your entire rig.
- Swapped the fan with 120mm from Corsair which has great aesthetics, silent and better performer.

Cheers!

Thanks for the GREAT tips it really helped me. I should've mentioned this but I might go for a 2 way SLI in the future that's why I had the Asus Mobo, but now I have switched to the Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SLI Motherboard. The 2 way SLI was also the reason I had a 750 watt power supply but if you can help me on what PSU I should get (You seem to really good) it would be grateful. Also I changed the CPU cooler to the TX3 since you said it was slightly better. The MSI 970 is 430 CAD now so it is a out of my range (my range is a GPU under 410$). I might switch my GPU from the Gibabyte Windforce to the EVGA SSC ACX 2.0, I don't know if this change is good or not.

Ok keeping in mind that you can't go beyond $410 for GPU, yes you can very well go for EVGA card better than gigabyte cards, also for the motherboard what you've currently selected is a good one and 750W PSU, we're in luck Antec HCG M 750W is available for the same price of Antec 620W. Its an offer but only till June 14,2015. So you need to act fast.

Important change of all:

Please revert back to CPU Cooler T4 from TX3, as I had TX3 EVO in mind, but suggested TX3.

T4 is better and sleeker, equipped with 120mm fan, just manages not to block your 1st RAM slot on your board. TX3 comes with two 92mm fans, may be a bit noisy, when running at full throttle. Also its has 6.5mm more width, may slightly invade the 1st RAM slot, which would be a headache. So T4 it is.

Here is the reconfigured build:
