Solution
Bootmgr is the file that tells your computer how to boot into Windows. If you have another computer in the house, or a Windows XP CD, keep reading. If not, go to a friend's and keep reading. Either get the Windows XP official CD or download one online and burn it to another CD. Put it in your computer, and wait for it to go to Windows Setup. When it is done loading, it will say something like "Welcome to Windows Setup. Press R for automated system recovery, or Enter to continue." Press R. This will take you to an MS-DOS prompt. Type in the command "chkdsk /f/r" and press enter. This should fix it.
