MY gigabyte 970 oc Wont recognize my screens

My gigabyte 970 g1 gaming wont recognize my screens after i took it out and in cause i was fixing my cpu cooler.

Motherboard msi z87 g55

I have tried to put it in a different slot

It does work from the igp?
You reconnected the power cables?
You tried with one monitor?
You tried setting pcie as default in the bios?
