my gigabyte g41 combo not supporting ddr3 ram

already i install ddr2 ... 1gb x 2

but i need to increase to 6gb so i buyed newly 1 x 4GB

i plug the ddr3 only (and removed the ddr2) but not supporting

You can't use ddr2 and 3 at the same time. Put in the ddr3 and try reseting cmos.

There should be instructions in your user manual on how to reset the CMOS. Probably the easiest way is to remove the battery on your motherboard for approx. 30 seconds.

you mean on the running mode? while putting the DDR3 1333 the system automatically restarting & restarting without any display. Are you suggesting to remove the battery & put again after 30 seconds in this type of running mode?

With your machine OFF, remove the CMOS battery from the motherboard. leave it this way for at least 30 seconds (I'd give it 5 minutes, you got lots of time, right?) then replace the battery. make sure that it is in the same polarity as when you took it out! Now, try to power your machine "ON".
