Question My Gigabyte GA-H61M-USB3-B3 not working

So my motherboard isn't working. Fans are spinning but no picture on display. What can be a problem? I tried different PSU but nothing. This motherboard should have dual bios so bios can't be corrupted or something i think. Please help!

Cpu is intel celeron g1620, 8gb ddr3 and psu is codegen 350w. I don't know the exact model.
