I recently built new pc (6 months ago) specs are as follows :
CPU : Ryzen 9 5900x
GPU : Gigabyte RTX 3050 OC 8GB
MB : Asus Prime B550 M-A
Ram : corsair vengeance DDR4 16 GB 3200 MHz
PUS : Corsair 550 w SMPS
Storage : crucial 500 GB NVMe SSD, Seagate 2TB barracuda HDD

It's been 3days it's happening, whenever I put it on heavy loads such as Gaming, benchmark tests and render tests first screen goes completely black, no BSOD, CPU keeps running, any other apps in background keeps running (I heard chrome running in bg multiple times), fans speeds up more than 7000 rpm and keeps spinning until you shut down system forcibly by pressing power button or cut off power. This issue is certainly of GPU not the power supply because I haven't encountered this error in 6 months of use also I ran CPU benchmark and stress tests without any error as I start GPU benchmarks and tests it crashes.
I posted on Reddit for help every suggestions was regarding to BIOS, Drivers, power management plan and windows reinstall I did everything right as suggested
NVIDIA launched new driver version 511.32 claiming issues is fixed but it's not because in the forums many people's problem was not fixed.
Few months ago another Reddit post was there regarding to 3050 series many people in comments claimed to have the same problem even after replacing the graphics card under warranty.
If anybody can help, please.

It may well be a GPU issue but running a 5900X and a 3050 GPU on a 550w PSU is a big ask....

No actually recommend PSU for the 5900X and 3050 is 450 W But I gave headspace for 100 W more bought 550 W, that issue never occurred before in heavy use I played Far Cry 6 in ultra settings, BF 1 in ultra settings and PUBG in ultra settings, texture baking in substance painter, heavy polygon use in z-brush and rendering in blender.
I never faced such issue before...
