Hello.
I'm wondering about why my new Zotac Geforce GTX 770 2gb won't work with my old Motherboard. I've tried to find a solution on my problem with no luck. That's why I'm asking here. :)

So I Installed the card into my computer, and everything went quite well. Until i charged up the computer and nothing happen. All that comes is a picture of my Motherboard. I can't even enter the bios setup or anything like that. The one thing that pops up after the motherboard picture is gone, is a white dot up in the left corner.

I've tried to uninstall all my old drivers on the computer, by placing my old Zotac Geforce 570 in again. But again, no luck.

My spec is currently:
- Gigabyte Z77-DS3H (motherboard)
- Zotac Geforce GTX 770 2gb (Graphic card)
- Intel core i5 (processor)
- SIlver Power 750W (power supply)

So I wonder if anyone else may have gotten the same problem as me?
And I'm sorry for my poor language :)

Thank you for any help at all :)

Alright you need to remove the GPU , activate the integrated graphics on your CPU then connect your HDMI to your motherboard afterwards if the PC successfully boots up you go ahead and shut it down. After that you plug in the GPU and try and boot , if it succeeds then you should have the ability to install the drivers for the GPU from the windows also make sure that you're plugging the card in PCIe slot x8 or more. ( It should work even with x4 but sometimes have stability issues )

This did not work. could it be an idea to use the integrated Graphic card while the GPu is plugged in, and from there see if the GPU is to find among the hardware?

Ok, I have now tested a whole bunch of stuff.. I've tried to see if I can find the hardware, while using the integrated Graphic card. well, i didn't get any picture, this may have something to do with that i can't use the integrated graphic card while having the GPU installed. I've tried too boot the computer with the integrated graphic card.
Well I have no clue what so ever. And since I'm no expert at all. I feel kinda hopeless :)
Do you have anything else I could test?

Yeah it should be the same , You can try to do the same thing with your new card and see if that will work or not.

Should I keep trying? Or RMA it? I know it's working fine, cause I've tested it on another computer, with an Asus motherboard. So i think i may have to replace the motherboard. In that case, do you have any to recommend?
