Question My Google Chrome folder is 15GB, what is safe to delete ?

There's a folder called OptOnDeviceModel, as well as a lot of other unknown stuff.

Can I delete it, and how do I prevent it from being reinstalled?

I don't think a browser needs THAT much space...is Chrome installing stuff without my permission? (like the above) or are they just old files?
