Recently, I adjusted my GPU Core clock and voltage through MSI Afterburner Curve feature.
I notice that the Core clock always stay at 1759 Mhz (I set it). Is it weird for the GPU Core clock to stay at a fixed frequency or should go up and down in certain workload?

I just replied this in another post xD

Did you put "Prefer Maximum Performance" in NVIDIA control panel?

Setting it to "Optimal Power" instead and restarting your PC should fix it :)

Yes, I did. Didn't know it was that easy, thanks a lot.
But I do want to know if it's weird to leave it like that and should there be any harm to GPU?

I don't think it would cause any short term issues.

But you would need a guru to answer your question, as I only known your fix through my own research of having the same issue :).

Happy to have helped with what I could.

If you're having no issues (stuttering) on your games, I'd leave it optimal.
