My gpu crashes and monitor losses signal

So this recently started happening. I would start a game like Arma 3 and play for about 15 minutes then all of a sudden my Monitor would go black and say Signal Lost. After a few second I would hear an error message but I can't read it.

My spec:
Intel I7-4790S CPU 3.20 GHz
NIVIDIA GeForce GTX 750
12 Gigs of RAM

Go to the windows event log and check for that error the next time you turn on your PC. Check what the error says. It might be that the graphics card is getting hot or maybe a Power supply issue. Check the error first and check the Cpu and Gpu temps. You can use Hwinfo and Gpu-Z. If you want to monitor them while gaming, you can use Msi afterburner in order to display the temps on your screen display.
