My gpu crashes at 60c

I was playing payday 2 and all of a sudden it just crashed several times and every time I did a stress test I found out it crashed at around 60c and when I put my r9 270x in it , it was working fine

Gpu is a gtx 760 twin frozr
And my Psu is 550w which is enough to run it

Check and update drivers. Also what make is your PSU it matters more than the wattage.

My psu is xfx which is a very good brand for psu's as they use seasonic also all my drivers are up to date

Can you define crashing better? Does your computer shutdown? Do you get artifacts on screen?

My PC just gets a black screen

You may have damaged the card changing the clocks. Reset it all to default and make sure the fan is up a bit.

Im guessing its done for. Clocks may have had something to do with it. I would test the GPU with gpu memtest from the UBCD and see if it shows errors on the memory.
