Question my gpu detected with no error but no display

I have a Red Devil RX 570 4gb and A68HM MSI motherboard with AMD A8 processor, I notice when i connect my monitor into the mobo's HDMI port, both my gpu and integrated gpu was detected with no error, but when I connect my monitor into GPU's hdmi port, there is no display on my monitor, Kindly help me with this problem.

The board should detect that GPU and give you an output signal.

What is your full system specs including PSU brand and model?

I am using b250 mining expert, yeah the mobo detect it when i plug my hdmi to hdmi motherboard, but the gpu property shows the error code 43, I look some of youtube fix but it didn't work to me. I also tried the ATIKDAG patcher but it didn;t work also.
