Question MY GPU FAN KEEPS STARTING THEN STOPPING ONCE IT HITS 51 DEGREES.

I keep hearing this REALLY annoying noise in my computer, I figured out it was my graphics card starting and then stopping again once it hits 51 degrees it starts, and once it goes back to 50 it stops and makes the noise. I tried using MSI afterburner but it doesn't Overwrite the GPU Fan speed even with the curve. Can anyone help me.

It will be helpful to know which GPU do you have.
Open MSI afterburner, then setup custom fan curve, finally save settings and keep MSI afterburner open (minimize)...by default MSI afterburner it is set to run when Windows starts.

Done that many times, DOESN'T WORK. I have a gtx 1080 8gb, 3 fans, gigabyte

Have you try Gigabyte XTREME ENGINE utility?
Contact Gigabyte, since there was an issue with their GPU fans and they released a BIOS update that fixed it.
