Question My Gpu fans are not spinning and my monitor does not recieve signal

I've tried to replace the thermal paste but stil nothing, i also changed the gpu slot but still no solution

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Included PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)? History of heavy use for gaming, video editing, bit-mining?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

Make and model monitor? Connectivity to computer (GPU, iGPU) video cable (VGA, HDMI, DP)?

Much more information needed.

The build has been made in 2017 but the gpu has been buyied recently
