my gpu got crazy

hey!i bought nvidia gt210 1gb gpu in the first days it was running great with no proplems but yesterday the temp of gpu rised to 100c and keep rising every time in gaming just after 15 minutes after running any game gpu fan us working 100% and i have psu fan an proccesor fan what us the issue help please!!!!!

What's your ambient temp? And do you have adequate airflow in your Computer?

thanx for respond and the room temp about 30c and i opend the side of the case for good airflow
