Question My gpu is acting weird

About 2 months ago, i started getting lower frames in games, so i updated drivers and did all the normal trouble shooting steps you should do and nothing worked. i then opened my rig and took the gpu out and put it back in "as i was out of ideas" and then my frames worked like they used to. i have had to take my gpu out and put it back in every week since the original issue. if anyone knows what is wrong and can help me it would make live easier as taking out my gpu every week is not hard it is just annoying.

GPU: EVGA gtx 1070 sc
PSU: CORSAIR RMx Series RM850x 80+ gold
Chassis: NZXT h440
OS: windows 10 home

Did you attach the screws that secure the gpu to the case? If not then that is why maybe its coming loose.

the screws are on as tight as they can be
