Question My GPU is at high temp while at 0% usage

Hello, im having problems with my gpu, it recently started yesterday, my gpu is an GTX 1060 6gb on the laptop MSI GL62VR 7RFX, so my GPU is runing 91+ degrees and its at 0% of usage, what can i do?

Reapply thermal paste, and check that the fan cooling the gpu still works - oh, and clean said fan, and the other one for the cpu too.

I did that recently, and it started yesterday after the pc restarted.

So you did all 3 things previously?

If the fans and vents are clean, then...
-The fans still spin up when cpu and gpu are in use?
If yes, then the paste you used, and how you applied it has to be put into question.
