I switched out my gtx 670 with a msi r9 290 gaming edition 4gb. The card was very good at ultra settings on all games. I tested it on Battlefield 1 beta, and it was a dream come true. But it was so loud! I used headset so I couldn't really hear it because of all the explosions and gunshots.

But when I play games that isn't loud and full of explosions like Dayz, the sound from the gpu is making me crazy. I have heard that you could buy water cooling for gpu, but it is not cheap. Is there any silent gpu fans for my msi twin frozr card on ebay or something?

Haha, I know it's a little late, but the cpu fan was the problem. And there was nothing wrong with the gpu, It's always loud when playing advanced games, every other person with this gpu is complaing about the noise, so it's normal. So both the gpu and the case fan was making noise, but the case fan was not supposed to make the noise. It uses a cheap fan that I still haven't switched out, that is what I call pure laziness.
By loud you mean the fan is loud. A constant whine.
Bad polar capacitors (or even cheap-sh*t good ones) can make a very soft hissing noise if you listen closely.

Sounds like the fan bearing is bad. Not as common as it used to be, but it still happens. Get a new fan. Look on Flea-bay for a fan to fit that exact card. If none, then note the size, number of wires and the connector type. There will all be a min of 3 wires.
