Question My gpu is overheating when task menager isnt open in background

My gpu is overheating when task menager isnt open in background. I have GTX 1650 and it hits 61 degrees celsius idle but when i open task menager max temp is 50.

Specs:

Cpu: ryzen 5 2600x

GPU: GTX 1650 4g

Memory: 16 g ddr4

OS: Windows 10

Is it possible that i have som crypto mining virus?
