[SOLVED] My GPU is severelly underperforming

My graphics is severelly underperforming in games, and my RAM is being excessivelly used. In games like CS:GO I am getting 40-65 fps, in rust I am getting 25-35 fps and my game looks like a Removed potato, any help would be apreciated .

Yes, the computer was working normally.

i had a case similar to yours . try reinstalling your gpu drivers with DDU . if that doesn't help .
try a fresh windows reinstall it helped me . I know it is hard and takes time so keep it as a last step.
Also when was the last time u cleaned your pc . dust might be affecting the pc performance so hard if the pc is dusty and dirty
