Question My GPU is underperforming

Reinstalled the drivers. I got a bit higher performance, from before reinstalling, take in mind that my graphics are on default which makes them way better

You need to compare it to other similar PCs. Not "gaming PC 2023". Guru3d got 12k in this review. You aren't going to hit the max score with this GPU.

Only thing I saw wrong was the CPU temp. 80c avg is to hot. You might have some throttling going on. You need to run some tests to see what isn't performing like it should.
