Question My GPU is working on 30%

As the title says, my gpu, gtx 1050 Ti works on 30% on Gta V and CoD Warzone. Is that normal? What can I do to push it further if it's possible?

16 GB ram, intel i5-8400, works on 3.8 Ghz all cores, always around 80-90% usage. Asrock z390 phantom gaming 4s motherboard.
