My GPU isnt displaying 4gb ram

So i have a evga Gtx 970, Its suppose to have 4gb ram but when i check it in DXDIAG its showing 3621 mb, is this a problem.

The API that DXDiag uses to approximate the system memory was not designed to handle systems in this [>=4 GB RAM, >=1 GB VRAM] configuration.

As long as your games and things are behaving okay, it's not a problem.

Do you have 32-bit windows?

I also have a 4gb card and it shows as 4095.

No i have 64 bit windows
