My specs :
GPU : GTX 970 phantom gainward
Motherboard : Gigabyte ga-797-d3h
PSU : Be quiet 500W

So I've been using my homemade computer for 2 years now and everything was fine until yesterday. When I started my computer yesterday (Booting on my gpu as usual) it started to do an update. When it had finished it booted again but no video output was available. So I plugged my screen on my integrated gpu and tried to reinstall the drivers for my gtx970.
But the Nvidia driver updater says that there is no nvidia gpu devices in my computer.
And the gpu doesn't appear anymore in my device manager (There is no Unknown devices either).

Here is the list of what I've tried to fix this issue :
- Reinstall my driver.
- Rollback all the last windows updates.
- Make my system come back to a restauration point (1 month in the past).
- Reset my bios (By clearing the CMOS battery).
- Change my GPU of PCIE port and change the PCIE port to use in the BIOS.
- Use a backup of my regedit.

Besides that, the fans of my GPU are still working. And i already checked my screen and cables and they're all working fine.
I have no other idea to solve this problem so if one of you could help me, it would be really nice :)
Don't be affaraid for more details if you need some.

PS : Forgive me if I have made any english mistake, since it isn't my mother tongue.

Seems to me your GPU has decided to die. It had to be coincidence that it happened during Windows update.
Anyway, your next steps would: try another PCIe slot on the motherboard (not sure if you did that already?), then check the GPU at another comp.

I've already tried to change my gpu of PCIE slot.
I've also changed the PCIE slot in the BIOS.
But it hasn't fixed anything.
Anyways thank you for your answer :)
