Question My GPU its at 5-10% when I play games but my CPU its at 100% all the time

Hi guys when i play games like GTA 5 , Fortnite STW , or games that are 3D it takes some time to open the textures and my CPU stays at 100% all the time and my GPU stays at 5 -10% . How to fix it ?

You need to check the temperature of the CPU I use Speccy and go into game settings and try turn down some settings

I think you may be running into a CPU bottleneck. I agree with XxDarkMario20xX , try dialing back some graphics settings in the game and see if that brings CPU usage down. I want that to use more % of GPU when I play games not only 5-10%

Have you set the game to use the nvidia card in the nvidia control center? The game is designed to use a certain amount of cpu, that, I don't believe can be changed. You may be best off upgrading the cpu when you are able to. I would not recommend an i3 for gaming, no matter how much you do. It's great for office work and content consumption, not sure much for gaming and content creation. Have you ran any tests to see if you are thermal throttling while under load?
