You swapped PSUs?

WHen you did so, did you also swap all modular cables, to include cables from PSU to:
mainboard (24 pin mainboard power)
mainboard (CPU/EATX12V (some CPUs need /require 2 cables for this)
GPU (1 or 2 cables, 6+2 and 6 or another 6+2
SATA power (depending on how many SATA devices you had, often 1 cable might have connectors for powering 2-4 devices....)

The modular cables between PSUs are usually NOT interchangeable, as there are different pinout standards at the PSU's modular insertion connectors...

However, you said the GPU is working...(no certainty that all LEDs on the GPU should light, as some might be error conditions present when power is not connected, etc.)

WHat does this mean? (Your...

WHat does this mean? (Your rig boots normally, and gives a display within WIndows?)

(certainly, when you hit the power switch, once the rig begins shutdown, at some point the video out will cease, breaking sync with the monitor, but, it is unknown exactly what you are seeing or attempting to describe)

i already do ur tips and still the led not light should i replace the cabels in ppsu in another sockets ?!
I think. the 2 led in psu should light up to insure the two cabels of psu is connected as well

Check if all connectors are seated properly. With 6+2 pins, it's possible that the +2 pins aren't quite pushed in far enough and thus not connected properly, happened to me before. Also iirc the LEDs on a GPU might be powered by a small cable somewhere between cooler and board of the card. Make sure it wasn't accidentally pulled.

i didnt open my gpu recently to do anything in it also i push the 6+2 and 6+2 pinf s aswell
this two led what there point to ? when they light up some one tell me cause ur old psu its 600 watt white and its bad this two led light up but this psu gold rated so gpu has enough wattage to start comfartable thats right and should i worried ?

With power completely removed, you can certainly try reseating cables at both GPU side and PSU side; replacing the cables is not really an option unless using cables from an identical PSU, as pinouts for modular cables often differ between assorted PSUs, which can ruin things quite quickly if attempted with incorrect cables.

You said you used a new PSU. (When you did so, did you swap ALL modular cables to those that came with the new PSU?)

I'm still not sure what you are actually troubleshooting, as I don't know what LED/LEDs you are referring to. (Yet at another point, you said the GPU works 'normally'. Does it give a BIOS display from mainboard when unit is first turned on?)
