My GPU lost signal to my monitor and peripherals

I was playing a game that i could run with no problem and out of nowhere my monitor goes black and i try tabbing out, task manager, nothing works so i decided to restart my computer, I do so and now my monitor cant find the signal and my peripheral LED's don't light up. I removed my graphics card and used my integrated graphics and it works fine. what i wanna know is if my gpu is dead or not, the fans still spin and the LED still lights up on it when connected.

Mobo:Asus z270

CPU: intel core 6700K

GPU:MSI R9 390

RAM: 16g G.Skill

Try to use this program and reinstall your drivers : http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html if it doesn't works reinstall your system in order to update all of the drivers. Also try using not only HDMI but also a dvi-d output on the card.

also try card in another pc or a test card in your pc. it may be power supply issue and not the gpu.
