Question My GPU only shows image when I boot up BIOS before going to Windows

I upgraded to a rtx 3060ti from EVGA and recently it stopped giving image. It happened after one day, shortly after booting up my pc, when still on idle, the GPU fans went to 100% and then the screen went black. After that incident the GPU stopped displaying image reliably, showing image rarely after booting up normally. The only way I found to start showing image again is after I tried opening BIOS when booting. When I noticed that BIOS opened and showed image i proceeded to quit it to boot Windows and it did like there was nothing wrong. Upon further experimenting I noticed that the only way to make it so that the GPU shows image is by opening BIOS on boot which is a pain. Is there any way I can fix this? I looked around online but couldn't find an answer to this particular issue.

My full system spec is:
GPU: Rtx 3060ti
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
Motherboard: b450 asus tuf micro-atx
PSU: Corsair VS450 450W 80+
Ram 16GB 2400hz

Have you tried booting into safe mode? What does it do? Have you tried reinstalling windows?

Booting in safe mode worked when i tried it, and I didn’t try to reinstall Windows
