My GPU overheats :( Help.

Hey guys i really need help? My GPU is going insane hot! 90+ C , just dont know why i played Far Cry 3 all on ultra.. and now after a new power supply and CPU i cant even play FC4 couse my pc freze after my GPU overheats

Configuration:

RAM : 4GB
CPU : AMD FX Eight core 9730 4.7GHz
GPU: ATi 6850HD Vapor-x GDDR5
Power supply : 750W Thermaltake

I opened the GPU took al the dust out and i replaced the thermal paste... but still nothing even on low settings she overheat

That shouldn't be happening unless you either reapplied paste incorrectly or maybe the fans are dying. Check to see that they're actually spinning up under load, and see if you're getting correct RPM readings.

The thermal paste its ok... and the fans all always on 70% but i even tryed on 100% and still crashes
