My gpu problem

so i play cs go i have been getting 200 frames for as long as i can remember now my computer stopped giving an effort to play it like it always did im only getting about 80-120 frames my gpu is a msi r9 380 oc edition 2gb gddr5

just about 2 weeks ago its kind of getting annoying now

Update your drivers. Check if that helps or not. Maybe CSGO updated and change a bunch of stuff that makes the game more beautiful but also more laggy

This tends to happen for me whenever i visual update is realeased

80 - 120 is perfectly fine if this happens only in cs go then its not a problem , try it on a different game if its still dropping frames then your card may be thermal throttling

when i record my screen i would still get a solid 100 frames now its going to 30 what can i do to fix this
