Question My GPU stopped working

So I`ve vad this prebuilt system for almost 2 months and until today it worked perfectly, I started my PC today and it said displayport no signal, I was like what? Yesterday it worked all normal and now it doesn't work. I looked at the GPU fans and I saw that when I start the PC the fans start spinning and after like 3 seconds they stop. The problem is I can't access anything on my PC because my monitor say I have no signal. I really don't know what to do and I would really appreciate some help.

now I actually got something on the screen and it run a diagnose or something and it said your PC didn't start correct, I pressed on restart and now it actually booted up and I got something on my screen but my gpu fans are not spinning still, is this a problem or something?

What cpu do you have? Can you use the computer?
