[SOLVED] My gpu stops when installing drivers or updating windows

Hi,my amd r7 370 stops when installing drivers (black screen and fans stops ) and i tried older drivers from adrenaline and i didn't solve the problem
I've noticed that the same problem happens when updating windows specific the win 10 pro 1909 update . Any help please
Specs: mobo_msi 970 gaming
Cpu_amd fx-8300
Ram -kingstone hyper x 8 gb
Psu_ xfx ts 550w
I bought the pc from 3years
No beeps
I can't open reliability history

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition.

Any beep codes or pop-up Windows?

Are you able to open Reliability History to look for error codes and warnings that correspond with the "stops"?

Boot drive (C Make, model, capacity, how full?

Power down, unplug, and open the case.

Clean out dust and debris.

Reseat, by touch, all cards, cables, RAM, and jumpers. Ensure that all are fully and firmly in place.

Then try to reboot.

Do you have access to another PSU to swap in?

If not, do you have access to a multimeter and know how to use it? Or know someone who does?

Checking the voltages may reveal some problem with the PSU.
