Question My GPU temps got higher after new build

Hi all, Thanks for taking the time to read.

I recently got a new PC as my older one died on me. It was a 4770k with a 1080ti auros extreme.
The PC was built in a Thermaltake Level 10 GT case and had a 220mm side fan blowing air on the GPU.
When I was gaming I never got temps above 55-60c.

Now I got a new PC with a 9900k still paired with the same 1080ti, but the case im using is a CORSAIR Obsidian 500D RGB SE Mid-Tower Case with 3 LL120 intake 1 back LL120 outake and H115i on top as outtake.

Now my temps are 68-73c on my GPU. Is this just the delta of not having a huge fan blowing on it? do I have an airflow problem? are the temps high? or am I worrying for nothing and all is fine.
My second question:
I tried playing with fan settings but I dont really understand what actual temps are on my CPU. is it the H115i temp? is it the package temp? because one is 30c and one is 60c (added screen capture showing difference ).
My 3rd question :
will adding another LL120 on the psu shroud blowing on the GPU help? or will it just blow hot air in there and fill it with dust (my case has dust filterers on the bottom)?

This is my setup

This is the temps difference between the h115i to the CPU package

Your GPU temps are a bit on the hot side but there's nothing to worry about. Open-air type GPUs do benefit when cold air is directly blowing on them (side intake fan) but without it, they still operate just fine. If you see over 80°C on your GPU, start worrying since over 90°C you'll get CPU die thermal throttle. Unless you OCD over lower GPU temps, there's no need to add additional fan inside the PC. To lower your GPU temp, run your 3x LL120 RGB intake fans at max speed. It might help but i doubt it. Reason why below.

Your CPU temp is the Package temp. You can also see individual core temps. H115i temp is your AIO pump temp.

Not to critique your choice with Corsair LL120 RGB fans, they do offer a lot of eyecandy, but when it comes to the airflow, they are poor fans.
Just to show Corsair LL120 RGB performance level, i'll compare it to the 120mm fans that i have in use in my Skylake and Haswell builds (full specs with pics in my sig). I have few Corsair ML120 Pro fans in use while most fans i have are 140mm. Click on spoiler to view specs comparison.
First off, airflow (higher is better):
Corsair LL120 RGB: 43.25 CFM
Corsair ML120 Pro: 75 CFM

Static pressure (higher is better):
Corsair LL120 RGB: 1.61 mmH2O
Corsair ML120 Pro: 4.2 mmH2O

RPM range (wider is better):
Corsair LL120 RGB: 600 - 1500 RPM
Corsair ML120 Pro: 400 - 2400 RPM

Noise level (lower is better):
Corsair LL120 RGB: 24.8 dB(A)
Corsair ML120 Pro: 16 - 37 dB(A)

Eyecandy:
Corsair LL120 RGB: 16x addressable LEDs (RGB)
Corsair ML120 Pro: 4x non-addressable LEDs (single color)

Specs:

Thanks for the detailed response :)
The case came with 3 120LL I just added one in the back. I was stuck choosing between the LL & ML and decided to go with what the case came with, as you show here I would have been better cooled with ML. If my temps go up higher I will consider switching them all to 120ML.

Do note that there are 3x versions of Corsair ML series fans:
  1. ML
  2. ML Pro
  3. ML Pro RGB
ML and ML Pro have the same specs where there's only 2x differences:
  • ML fans doesn't have any LEDs
  • ML fans doesn't have color matching rubberized fan corners that are also user replaceable

ML120 Pro non-LED and blue/red/white LED, image:

ML Pro is basically same as ML Pro RGB with 2x clear differences:
  • ML Pro RGB has 4x addressable LEDs (RGB)
  • ML Pro RGB has RPM cap, compared to ML Pro, thus it's far lower performing
Comparison:
First off, airflow (higher is better):
Corsair LL120 RGB: 43.25 CFM
Corsair ML120 Pro RGB: 47.3 CFM
Corsair ML120 Pro: 75 CFM

Static pressure (higher is better):
Corsair LL120 RGB: 1.61 mmH2O
Corsair ML120 Pro RGB: 1.78 mmH2O
Corsair ML120 Pro: 4.2 mmH2O

RPM range (wider is better):
Corsair LL120 RGB: 600 - 1500 RPM
Corsair ML120 Pro RGB: 400 - 1600 RPM
Corsair ML120 Pro: 400 - 2400 RPM

Noise level (lower is better):
Corsair LL120 RGB: 24.8 dB(A)
Corsair ML120 Pro RGB: 25 dB(A)
Corsair ML120 Pro: 16 - 37 dB(A)

Eyecandy:
Corsair LL120 RGB: 16x addressable LEDs (RGB)
Corsair ML120 Pro RGB: 4x addressable LEDs (RGB)
Corsair ML120 Pro: 4x non-addressable LEDs (single color)

Specs:
Corsair LL120 RGB: https://www.corsair.com/eu/en/Categories/Products/Fans/ml-config/p/CO-9050071-WW
Corsair ML120 Pro RGB: https://www.corsair.com/eu/en/LED-Color/Fan-Size/Package-Quantity/ml-pro-rgb-config/p/CO-9050075-WW
Corsair ML120 Pro: https://www.corsair.com/us/en/LED-Color/Fan-Size/Package-Quantity/ml-pro-led-config/p/CO-9050042-WW

If Corsair would not have lowered the ML Pro RGB fan max RPM level, i would've replaced all my ML Pro fans with ML Pro RGB fans. But since Corsair nerfed the ML Pro RGB fans, i'm not going to lower my PCs cooling performance considerably to get better eyecandy. Due to the nerfing, ML Pro RGB fans aren't any better than LL RGB fans.

I do like the nicer Corsair fans...they work quite well. The RGB capability isn't as nice as some others, but I will admit that it has been a few months since I have reviewed any Corsair coolers using new ones.
I think you should, when I was looking to choose what fan to go with, there wasn't much out there in terms of cooling difference between the new fans. Might have chosen differently.
