Hello everyone I've been having low gpu usage since i built this pc.
Pc specs:
Intel Core i5-10400F
GIGABYTE RTX 3070 EAGLE OC Rev. 2.0 (LHR)
GIGABYTE H410M H V3
Corsair ValueSelect DDR4 2400 C16 1x16GB
Crucial BX500 240GB
TOSHIBA External USB 3.0 2TB (5400 rpm)
650w 80+ Bronze PSU
Here is a benchmark with the PC just rebooted: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/5699597

I get 65 - 90 fps on Fortnite MAX settings in 1080p without DLSS with 35 - 60% usage (I tried installing it on the SSD and the external drive, there is no difference)
Warzone gets around 60 - 70 fps MAX settings in 1080p without DLSS
And GTA V gets 50 -70 fps on MAX settings in 1080p
In these games my CPU usage doesn't exceed 75% except in punctual cases.
My temps never reach 80 degrees Celsius either.
I'm using the ultimate performance power plan, and selected prefer maximum performance on Nvidia control panel.
I don't have Vsync, freesync or Gsync enabled.
My GPU is overclocked at +120 core clock and +600 memory clock with power limit at 100%
I tried using DDU and reinstalling drivers (Didn't work)
Resetting windows and updated to windows 11 when that didn't work.
Please help.

It not the GPU. Single stick of RAM is hurting performance.

Also, be sure to close MSI Afterburner before running userbenchmark. Otherwise it'll fail.

Hello! I've had this exact same issue for a while, I've no idea what's wrong with my own system and I haven't been able to solve it. I don't think adding more ram would solve your issue either.
