[SOLVED] My GPU Usage % is unstable

Hi, first thing I'm new here so I'm not sure where I should have posted it, guessed GPU is the best option.

I have a problem that occurs in recent games, for some reason my GPU usage seems to drop to 50% or 60% when the game needs more hardware to render something that's demanding, this drops my fps a lot.
This happens a lot in newer games like WD Legion and Cyberpunk, older games are fine.
I really do not know what is causing this, but something that came up to me was maybe my ram, could it be the problem?

edit: I did everything, install new drivers, clean installation using DDU, set game priority to maximum.

My setup
GTX 1660 super
i5 9400F
8GB RAM (Single channel) ddr4
B365M DS3H Motherboard

Your CPU and RAM setup are failing to deliver frames for rendering.

Start by buying a 2x8gb RAM kit at least 3000mhz

Agreed, your single stick of 8 GB of RAM is holding you back. Add another 8 GB stick of the exact same kind of RAM.

If you do this and still run into problems like this at times, then your CPU is probably not rendering frames fast enough, causing your GPU to be underutilized.
